DEMETRI REXINIS

Meet Demetri Rexinis, one of the three owners of Madison Modern Social. Alongside his brother Kosta Rexinis and restaurateur Frank Brusco, he is dedicated to creating an unforgettable dining experience. Demetri and Kosta, along with their cousins Dean and Niko Kakounis, proudly own The Gramercy at Lakeside Manor, while Frank partners with them at Madison and Over Easy Kitchen, which has locations in Marlboro, Holmdel, and Fair Haven.

Raised in Staten Island, Demetri was inspired by the NYC nightlife scene in the early ‘90s, leading to the creation of iconic venues like Club Abyss, Deko Lounge, Central Park, Mr. East and Park East. Demetri is excited to share his passion for hospitality at Madison.
